[교육] E-learning in TVET in Vietnam : Rapid Assessment during COVID-19 and International Experience

This report aims to examine practices in delivering e-learning courses in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Vietnam, and to draw lessons from international experience. The actual practices, together with international experiences on the development of e-learning platforms, provide useful inputs for recommendations on the development of a national e-learning platform in response to a request by the government of Vietnam. The preparation of the report included online surveys with trainers and students in six TVET schools in major cities in Vietnam, together with in-depth qualitative interviews. The analysis is structured around the six cross-cutting elements of the European Framework for Digitally Competent Educational Organisations (DigCompOrg), a European Union initiative.
