The project preparatory technical assistance (PPTA) aimed to assist the Government of Timor-Leste to expand water and other urban services development in Dili by preparing the Urban Services Improvement Sector Project (USISP). The focus of the technical assistance (TA) was to develop affordable, sustainable investment strategies to meet the water supply and solid waste management needs of the Dili population over the period of 2015–2030 in line with the Timor-Leste Strategic Development Plan, 2011–2030.
