Accumulation of system breaking phenomena in society at the same time creates qualitatively new challenges and requires choosing different approaches in adaptation processes than ever. Traditional tools used to solve partial problems are ineffective. An example is a modification of the crisis since 2008, which gradually reveals the depth of the context of accumulated problems of income polarization, global consumption, production capacities, unemployment and the development of bonds of trade flows of goods and services in the global economy. Concentrated form of these problems takes place in almost all regions of the world at the same time. Solutions are received to stop the negative phenomena, such as the fight against emissions, promote alternative energy sources and tools to discourage illegal immigration. These are proving ineffective, essentially worsening situation in these problem areas. Changing of environmental conditions on the planet, as a systemic and complex process, challenge human society before the fundamentally new type of vital challenges. These challenges come at a time when the real functioning of the procedure promotes new forms of state-capitalist property, the state-industrial strategic balance, which proves its viability is getting more visible. Gradation of geopolitical changes takes place, accompanied by the creation of new power centers, processes of supra integration within existing business clusters. New poles of economic development are generated, such as China, India, South Africa, Brazil, with slow „'awakening“" of national consciousness in Russia in the light of traditional values, altering the perception of the management of the

economy and the society. The polarizing tendencies are related to the trend of an aging population, especially in economically developed countries. The problem of the increased inequality and poverty is cumulated with regional conflicts and leads to migratory flows supported or not supported by the creation of favorable conditions in potential host countries. Practical experience with immigrants not only in Europe shows that promotion of the idea of multiculturalism has proved to be a big mistake.
