THE SUCCESS OF ONLINE RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION IN INDIA

The present research paper, I have examined the use of online recruitment and perceptions of its success in comparison to other methods in India. I collected secondary data to discover whether the successful use of online recruitment or is limited to particular types of organizations or whether its success is determined by how employers use online recruitment system. Further this article more highlighted on all types of business organizations in India recruiting people online. Even though online recruitment use in small business concern giving more advantages like saving cost, time etc. I studied the obstacles in online recruitment and selection and finding the reasons behind them. The use of online recruitment on the basis of geographical area gives the overall snapshot of hired employees in India and the position of employers. Practitioners have to the best implementation of online recruitment method for getting the competitive benefit. Most of the firms are turning towards the online recruitment and selection through corporate or commercial websites. Such websites are connecting people in India to face the global challenges and making robust development.
