This paper is to describe about migration background and life history of Korean merchant who work at Centro Comercial Pueblito in Guatemala. The Korean merchant in Pueblito have come from several countries in Latin America or Korean factory in Guatemala, and most of them engage in wholesale services of clothing. The Korean merchant were to extend to Pueblito from late 1970s, and there are about 300 Korean clothing store around at Pueblito. Guatemala is not final destination for the Korean merchant in terms of migration, and they are just to stay in Guatemala for a moment for a seeking profit. For all those reasons, the Korean merchant in Pueblito have closed lifestyle in both the public and private sectors.
