This paper is designed to research on the facts of UAE and its polices on the anti-terrorism after Arab Spring. For exploring the current situation of UAE among Gulf states, the political, social, religious, and economical facts of UAE will be analyzed. Some of the critical problems of UAE are demographical, sectarian, and ethnic divisions. Internal instability of UAE comes from these problems, and the fear on the influx of IS radicalism into UAE is caused by the political, social, and economical instabilities. Because of these instabilities, UAE is formulating anti-terrorism policies since IS's declaring Khalifa State in 2014. On the basis of cooperations with Saudi and US, UAE is including in these policies legislation of anti-terrorism law, international and regional cooperation, countering violent extremism, and countering the financing of terrorism. UAE government continued to reinforce its firm counter-terrorism policies through implementation of strict counterterrorism laws and a strong counterterrorism partnership with US and Saudi Arabia. UAE is a an active participant in the global counterterrorism conferences and border security working groups.
