This study has been conducted with the research on the tourism and tourism policy of Bhutan for the purpose of sustaining their unique culture and nature. Bhutan has unique culture and natural environment. Bhutan upholds the noble philosophy of gross national happiness. However, with its tourism policy of ‘Low volume, High quality’, the dream of visiting Bhutan remains a dream to many foreign tourists. This study will bring a deep understanding of the Bhutan country and explore the outcome of the existing policy. It also suggests what we can learn from the Bhutan country's policy. In this research, the survey of Tourism Council of Bhutan was conducted with 123 foreign tourists visiting Bhutan. The summarized results of the research are as follows;First, this study demonstrated the satisfaction of foreign tourists to visit Bhutan. Secondly, the assumption that the tourist satisfaction would affect their visit to Bhutan again was also confirmed. However, this study has its own limitations to be generalized in the point that the research was limited as not much study have been done by others. Therefore, for further study it is necessary to do expended empirical research based on both pre and post images of the Bhutan with those tourists who will visit Bhutan in the future.
