 Following the receipt of revised data from Serbia, the Secretariat has made changes to the factual presentation as follows:

 Paragraph 17, page 9: The paragraph should read as follows:

 "… The bulk of tariff lines were liberalized when the Agreement entered into force in 2010, with 4,379product lines becoming duty free. These products accounted on average for 37.0% of total imports from Turkey during the 2007-2009 period. Between 2012 and 2015, 3,065 additional lines, accounting on average for 52.9% of imports from Turkey and for 30.6% of the total number of tariff lines, will be exempted from duties. At the end of implementation 24.3% of the tariff lines, corresponding on average to 9.7% of Serbia's imports from Turkey in 2007-09 will remain subject to duty."
