[경제] Sustainable Economic Recovery Program (Subprogram 1): Report and Recommendation of the President

The report and recommendation includes (i) a proposed programmatic approach for the Sustainable Economic Recovery Program, and (ii) a proposed policy-based loan to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for subprogram 1 of the Sustainable Economic Recovery Program. The report also describes proposed technical assistance for Supporting the Sustainable Economic Recovery Program.
The program focuses on sustainable economic recovery following the severe health, and demand and supply shocks triggered by the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. It pursues reforms in two areas: public financial management, and access to finance for the underserved market segments, mainly cottage, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
The report and recommendation of the President to the Board of Directors (RRP) document describes the terms and conditions of a project for consideration and approval by ADB's Board of Directors.
