Reflecting ADB's recent expansion of its green bond framework to include blue bonds for ocean health investments, the newsletter now also reports on blue bond issuances. In September 2021, ADB completed a groundbreaking dual-tranche Australian dollar and New Zealand dollar blue bonds issuance worth a total of $300 million.
