[교육] Bangladesh - Can Results-Based Financing Improve the Effectiveness of Online Teacher Training?

A recent review suggests that teacher-support interventions are more effective when linked to career incentives such as promotion or salary enhancements, but this approach can be difficult to implement due to logistical, fiscal, and political challenges. Results based financing (RBF), which ties monetary or nonmonetary rewards to verifiable results, provides an alternative mechanism to incentivize teachers to engage more intensively in training. This approach may be particularly relevant for online training, which relies more heavily on self-direction.
