The report presents a snapshot of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on employment in Sri Lanka, from a range of sectors, with a specific focus on the impacts on women’s and men’s ability to remain employed and to work productively. The assessment was conducted with employees and HR managers from 15 leading companies, which collectively employ more than 140,000 employees, including approximately 85,000 women.
