The priorities under ADB’s Country Partnership Strategy (CPS), 2017–2021 remain valid for the country operations business plan (COBP), 2020–2022. ADB operations will support key operational priorities from Strategy 2030: addressing remaining poverty and reducing inequalities through infrastructure (energy and transport) as well as education and training and healthcare; building climate and disaster resilience through appropriate infrastructure and livelihood support; making cities more livable through urban infrastructure and services; promoting rural development and food security focusing on community development; strengthening governance and institutional capacity including public sector management and private sector development; and fostering regional cooperation and integration for the provision of regional public goods.
