This report highlights some of the many activities of the SCE working groups and policy partnerships. These activities are guided by the ECOTECH medium term priorities and the APEC Strategy for Strengthening Quality Growth, including its focus on institution building, social inclusion, and environmental impact. It further highlights the efforts of SCE and its sub-fora in 2020 which contributed to the development of key APEC deliverables in the areas of reducing marine debris; combatting illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing; women in the economy and small and medium enterprises among many others.
