This draft policy paper has been prepared for public consultation in light of the global commitments on climate change, the changing landscape in the energy sector, and ADB’s Strategy 2030. Feedback may be sent through email. A final draft will be submitted to ADB’s Board of Directors for consideration by October 2021.
