Israeli government is discussing some scenarios that may emerge after the collapse of Palestinian Authority. There are the key issues in these scenarios that will give the nationality and citizenship to the stateless Palestinians. British Government started to create the new nationality and citizenship in Palestine just after dissolution of Ottoman Empire and it is not yet finished. His Majesty’s Government in London enacted the Palestine Citizenship Order of 1925 to grant Palestinian citizenship to "Turkish subjects habitually resident in the territory of Palestine on the 1st August, 1925 and by birth, naturalization, marriage or permission" This is a clear reference to 'Palestinian citizenship' for the first time. This paper analyzes the evolution of citizenship and passport issues in historical Palestine since the First World War to reveal the periodic characteristics and to find a desirable alternative to the current disputes of the nationality and citizenship to the stateless Palestinians. This paper employs a diachronic study and consists of "after the First World War, creating the Palestinian citizens of British Government, after the Second World War, creating Israelis of Israel State, the possibility of granting Palestinian nationality and citizenship to the stateless Palestinians
