Technology for stakeholder engagement and grievance management in projects: This part of the ASA assessed the level of adoption of technology in augmenting delivery of stakeholder engagement and grievance redress in projects across the Tanzania portfolio. The outcome of this task was a web-based stakeholder engagement planning and records management platform with a grievance redress component to enable PIUs monitor the implementation of stakeholder engagement and grievance redress in their projects. This aims to centralize information, manage data easily and cost effectively, and increase platforms for collaboration and engagement.
