TEXTOS DOCTRINARIOS EN LA CONSTITUCIÓN FEDERAL PARA LOS ESTADOS DE VENEZUELA (1811)

En el contexto de los principios doctrinarios liberales-ilustrados quederivaron en las revoluciones norteamericana y francesa, se demuestra su impacto en la república federativa de 1811 que, por pacto soberano de la nación delegada en la representación de los Estados soberanos que se asociaban, acordaron confederarse para instituir el ordenamiento jurídico-político que denominaron Constitución Federal para los Estados de Venezuela.

ABSTRACT
In the enlightened-liberal principles doctrines that led to both Americanand French revolutions, it’s impact is demonstrated in the federal republicof 1811 in which, by a sovereign agreement of the delegated nation inrepresentation of the sovereign states that were associated, agreed toconfederate for the institution of the legal-political framework which theynamed Federal Constitution for the States of Venezuela.
