The following communication, dated 22 May 2015, has been received from the Permanent Mission of Brazil on behalf of Argentina, Plurinational State of Bolivia, Brazil, China, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Pakistan, Peru, Russian Federation, Sri Lanka and Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela with the request that it be circulated to Members. Earlier versions of this document were circulated as IP/C/W/385 on 30 October 2002 and as an advance copy during the Council for TRIPS meeting held on 17-19 September 2002.
