This report identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for the deployment of electric mobility, considering the productive, technological, commercial and use aspects of electric vehicles. At the same time, disaggregations will be made by segment of the automotive market, by component and activity to broaden the perspective towards the value chain and related services associated with electric mobility. This wide range of economic activities, dependent on various factors and at different intensities, will determine advantages and disadvantages of the CABA that will be used to analyze each of these segments. The result of this analysis will make it possible to identify the activities linked to electric mobility with the greatest potential to be located in the productive fabric of the City of Buenos Aires; as well as the disadvantages that should be compensated through public policy to achieve its effective consolidation in that jurisdiction.
