This report is delivered under the provisions of the Reimbursable Advisory Services (RAS) Agreement on Enhancing the Regional Development Process in Bulgaria and supporting Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works in the programming process for the period 2021-2027. In line with the stipulations of the RAS, the objective of this report is to provide recommendations for the development of guidelines on the preparation, evaluation and implementation of Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI)-based and urban investments and operations or projects under the new programme for regional development 2021-2027.
