The development objective of Housing Repair for People's Empowerment Project for Ukraine is to increase households’ access to repaired housing units damaged by Russia's invasion. This project has three components. 1) The first component, Repair of residential units with partial damage, has the following sub-components: (i) Repair of residential units with minor damage; and (ii) Repair of residential units with medium damage. 2) The second component, Design and capital repair of partially damaged Multi-family buildings (MFBs), has the following sub-compUronents: (i) Preparation of design and project documentation for partially damaged MFBs; (ii) Capital Repair of partially damaged MFBs; and (iii) Support for integrated housing and urban recovery support in selected Local Self Government (LSGs). 3) The third component, Project management and capacity strengthening, aims to finance project management and strengthening project implementation capacity.
