[행정] Advancing Time Release Studies in Southeast Asia

The technical assistance (TA) supported the customs administrations of participating Asian Development Bank (ADB) member countries to better implement the various trade facilitation initiatives of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Specifically, it intended to (i) assist customs administrations in Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), Myanmar, and Viet Nam in undertaking specific customs reform and modernization measures using time release study (TRS); (ii) collect data that supported substantive trade facilitation measures; and (iii) conduct a study of their checkpoints to initiate improvements in dealing with bottlenecks.
