The project’s expected impact was improved health and nutrition in the Central Highlands, particularly for women, children, the poor, and ethnic groups. The anticipated outcome was the increased use of maternal and child health services in district hospitals, intercommunal polyclinics (ICPs), and commune health stations (CHSs).
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the project. IED overall assessment: Successful.
