It shows how the CRPP plans to mobilize substantial public investment to support adaptation measures for poor and vulnerable people, develop plans to better finance community-led projects, and increase the participation of women in decision-making. Explaining how the program is operationalized, it shows how scaling up investments in rural and urban adaptation projects can help tackle underlying drivers of vulnerability as the impacts of climate change intensify.
