[경제] Viet Nam: Ho Chi Minh City Third Ring Road Technical Assistance Project

This project was to assist the Government of Viet Nam to enhance its readiness to finance and implement three sections of ring road 3. The project’s envisaged impact was enhanced construction of the ring road 3, contributing to reduced traffic congestion and improved connectivity of Ho Chi Minh City with surrounding cities and towns. The expected project outcome was design readiness of the ring road 3 project for financing.
