The technical assistance (TA) project aimed to enhance the effectiveness of public governance and administration and improved service delivery of the Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) through the implementation of budget reforms, adoption and implementation of formula-based intergovernmental fiscal transfers, and strengthening the role of the National Assembly in fulfilling its oversight functions.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the TA. IED overall assessment is less than successful.
