This report is a summary of the approach and design of the gender analysis tool developed by New Zealand. It covers the planning and development process, from developing the theoretical framework to consultation and feedback provided from the Policy Partnership on Women and the Economy members. Finally, it provides a summary of presentations and discussions at the virtual launch event that took place on 16 December 2021.
