Reviewing options for identifying the key reforms needed to improve green infrastructure governance, the brief encourages consolidation of ADB’s financial and technical assistance to its DMCs. Summarizing essential assessment tools that can help these countries enhance their PIM institutions, this publication contends that solid green governance will boost the DMCs toward better public investment outcomes, more resilient infrastructure, and their climate-related goals of adaptation and mitigation.
