National Public Service Portal (NPSP) is a website designed to help people look up information and navigate to many Public service portal (PSPs) of ministries, sectors, and localities in Vietnam. At the time of this assessment, there were three services provided and performed on the NPSP; 19 other essential services are performed on the ministries, sectors and localities’ PSPs that were connected to the NPSP. There were participants experiencing the NPSP from different localities of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Bac Ninh, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen, and other provinces with the average age is 29.6. The analysis on NPSP in Vietnam is covered in this report.
