The program was designed to add 500 kV and 220 kV transmission lines and associated substations, build capacity for improving the operational effectiveness and efficiency of National Power Transmission Corporation (NPT), and support program implementation. Tranche 3 included nine subprojects for the construction of two new transmission lines and two new substations, and the extension of five existing substations located in central and southern regions.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the program. IED overall assessment: Successful.
