[사회] STUDENTS MOTIVATIONAL POTENTIAL RESEARCH FOR PERFECTION OF THE TRAINING PROCESS

One of the actual problems of pedagogy is the effectiveness of educational systems which close related to the motivation of the trainees and manages the priorities to choosing a position in life. The main purpose of this article is development a method for measuring and increasing the quality of the learning process of university students. In this project is used findings of research of the motivational potential (МП) of students of the International University of Nature, Society and Man "Dubna" in 2008-2011. Devised methodology of measurement and calculation of the motivation level in applied to the research of the quality of the university educational process, which allowed estimating the level of motivation and factors affecting the motivational potential of students. Sorted out ranged list of multicriteria motivational factors which enhance the quality of education students. Revealed the main trends of change of student motivation: to reduce МП from the first-year to the fifth-year and the effect of "jump". The proposed method was first applied to students of higher education and its effectiveness was confirmed in the course of empirical research.
