In 1992, Mongolia established a new democratic Constitution. This Constitution installed many important elements that abolished the totalitarian regime to transition to a democracy. One of the important aspects of this Constitution is to establish a new constitutional institution which secures the Constitution. This Constitutional institute is a Constitutional Court, called the Constitutional Tsets of Mongolia.
