In June 2019, a conference on promoting competition and creating contestable markets in Armenia was held as a follow up activity of the World Bank Group’s competition reform assessment for Armenia. This report provides a plan of action building on the policy note and discussions held at the conference for short-medium term engagement between WBG and government of Armenia (GoA) on a set of actions that can help foster market contestability and competition across the economy.
